Hi, I’m Dr. Kelsey —Your Partner in Women’s Health.

As a naturopathic doctor specializing in women’s health, I’ve dedicated my career to helping women navigate the seasons of life with clarity, confidence, and vitality. From preconception to menopause, I believe that every woman deserves to feel empowered in her body and supported on her journey.

Why I Do What I Do:

I’ve seen firsthand how modern healthcare often overlooks the unique needs of women, offering temporary fixes instead of addressing the root causes of imbalance. I’m here to change that. My approach combines the best of naturopathic and functional medicine to uncover what’s truly going on in your body and create a personalized plan for deep, lasting healing.

What I Offer:

Whether you’re preparing for pregnancy, navigating the chaos of motherhood, or transitioning through menopause, I’m here to guide you. Together, we’ll address the core pillars of health: hormone balance, gut health, cellular vitality, and emotional resilience. My ultimate goal is to help you thrive—not just for today, but for the seasons ahead.

More About Me:

  • I’m deeply passionate about creating community and believe healing happens best when women come together.

  • I love hiking, yoga, knitting and reading a good book, which helps me stay grounded and inspired. I also have a deep love affair with {good} coffee.

  • My interest in more comprehensive healthcare stems from my own healing journey, navigating a confusing and overwhelming menarche, with birth control being the only solution. I’ve spent 20+ years exploring intentional ways of tending to my own health + am most inspired by the potential health has for our future generations, for out children.

I am the creator of Fertile Future, an individualized program focused on optimizing health for pregnancy and beyond!

Why I Care

As an undergraduate student of US History at UC San Diego, I took a course titled The History of Motherhood and became very interested in the topic, particularly how Motherhood was experienced in different cultures around the world. What was it like to be a pregnant person in the Philippines? What sort of birthing traditions are still practiced in Peru? What are the community traditions around the birth of a new member and a new mother in Mexico? My plan was to travel the world, research and write about the intricacies of this lived experience.

While planning for this dream, I had a life changing experience. I realized, I would be sitting on the periphery, observing and hopefully inspiring positive, healthful change that can come from deeper understanding but I would not be directly impacting the experience of motherhood, parenthood and babies. I realized I wanted to be a part of that journey with families. I wanted to be immersed, with my heart open and participating. I hopped on the internet and did what any good millennial would do: I googled. I was looking for a career that would help improve the life, the health and experience of birthing people, families and children. I found naturopathic medicine and never once looked back.

My driving goal in life is to healthfully navigate my own role as mother and to support other families in the immense amount of life’s transitions, whether that’s the shift into parenthood, menopause or other, as best I can. Our children are literally our future. As we improve the health of our bodies and minds, we are directly improving the health of our children and the world they will live in.

I realized I wanted to BE a part of that journey with families. I wanted to be immersed, with my heart open and participating.
